"My husband and two sons loved these surfing lessons! The instructor, Kele, was patient and taught them how to get up on the board in no time at all. My smaller son had a much easier time getting up on the board and surfing to shore, but everyone had a great time!"

"We had the best experience learning how to surf for the first time with Kele at Hoku Sports. Myself and my three kids ages 14,10, and 7 all had so much fun! Kele was kind, patient, and encouraging! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you so much Kele and Hoku Sports! We are so grateful."

"Our family of 4 (with 2 teens) had a lesson with Kele in July. He was a patient and observant instructor. We had land instruction first for about 20 minutes on how to stand on the board. Then we went to Kiahuna Beach for the water instruction. Kele encouraged my younger son and he was able to ride a wave a couple of times before the lesson was over. We were all able to get on top of the surfboard multiple times before the lesson ended. Would recommend this place, especially Kele to anyone who wants to try surfing in Poipu."
