"If there was ever a time to give surfing a try, the waves at Poipu Beach on South Shore Kauai is a good spot! The first 15 minutes were spent on land in learning the technique of how to ride a wave, the rest of the time was spent on the waters putting that technique to use. The waves were pretty choppy the day we were out there, and my shoulders/arms were killing me by the end of it, but worth every moment for the fun and different experience!"

"We absolutely loved our surf lesson here! Highlight of our trip for sure! Kele was such a good instructor - fun, chill, patient. He tailored the lesson for each of our skill levels. We caught so many waves and never felt like we were waiting - it’s a small class. And we were the only group out there provided with sun shirts and water shoes, which was an excellent touch since the ground is a bit rocky. I was nervous at first and ended up having the time of my life!"
